Instructions for Use

This product is perishable, must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt, and must be refrigerated for the duration of its use. Use the entire bottle within 20 days of receipt.  

Shower instructions:

Immediately before showering, do the following:

1). Remove your bottle of Freedom In A Bottle from the refrigerator;
2). Thoroughly shake the bottle;
3). Pour 1 – 2 cups of the product into a large, clean, plastic container. A Tupperware that holds 8 – 10 cups of water is perfect;
4). Set the container close to your shower while you are showering;
5). Immediately after showering, before drying off, and while you are still in the shower, grab the container;
6). Add approximately 4 – 8 cups of hot water to the container. You can add more or less hot water so the diluted mixture is a comfortable temperature;
7). While standing in the shower, with the shower water turned off, pour the diluted mixture over your entire body, avoiding your face and head. You can also use your hand as a ladle to apply the diluted mixture to your skin. Make sure the product is applied to every external surface of your skin, neck down. Avoid internal areas;
8). Air dry;
9). Repeat daily until the product is finished.

Bath instructions:

Immediately before taking a bath, do the following:

1). Remove your bottle of Freedom In A Bottle from the refrigerator;
2). Thoroughly shake the bottle;
3). Pour 1 – 2 cups of the product into a clean container;
4). Take the container to your bath tub, and pour the product into your bath water;
5). Soak in the diluted herbal bath water. Make sure the product comes into contact with every external surface of your skin, avoiding your face and head;
6). Air dry;
7). Repeat daily until the product is finished.
